 Meet
Jane Sheppard
After receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly
State University and owning and running 4 retail flower
shops in the Bay Area for 15 years, Jane made a life-changing
decision to follow her heart’s desire to live in the
mountains and raise her three kids there. Jane started as
a licensed Realtor in 1998 and has worked shoulder-to-shoulder
with Christy on over 325 transactions! She is now Christy’s
Client Manager and works with Buyers and Sellers from initial
contact to close of escrow. She has been known to take clients
skiing, snowshoeing, or even dining to introduce them to
the finer points of our area. Jane showcases her creative
talents by developing marketing and advertising materials
for print and the web. Additionally,
Jane continues her education through listing specialization
courses and has completed her Certified Residential
Specialist (CRS) designation. |

 Meet
Rachael Posada
After growing up mostly in the Bay Area and graduating with
a bachelor’s degree from U of O in Eugene, OR, Rachael
fulfilled one of her lifestyle dreams and moved to Truckee
5 years ago. However, as a Technical Recruiter for the computer/semiconductor
industry, Rachael continued to commute to Silicon Valley until
mid-2002. Finally, though, she came to her senses (and had
a 2nd baby!) and left her career in high tech to venture into
something new…real estate! Rachael’s experience
with the fast-paced crowd as well as with laid-back locals
make her able to relate well to everyone. “Working in
Truckee/Tahoe real estate has been fantastic, and working
as part of a team makes it even better. With three of us working
on transactions, the benefits to the client go up exponentially,
and everyone comes out being less stressed and more satisfied.
